We only order in large volume, therefore we are able to secure high quality authentic products at competitive prices. Being an online based company also means that we have relatively lower overheads when compared to a high street retail store in your local area, hence we are able to offer more attractive prices to our customers.
Are your products genuine?
At REL Watches, we only carry and sell 100% authentic and brand new products. All of our products are sourced directly from an authorized dealers, and all our products come with their original packaging, original tags, and manuals.
Is REL Watches an authorized dealer?
Being an authorized dealer in a market means that the seller can only supply certain models and has to adhere to a particular pricing policy in line with the recommended retail price. Since we are not authorized dealers, we are able to offer a wider selection of models that you will not necessarily find in your local market at unbeatable prices.
Do your products have warranty?
Since we are not an Authorized Dealer, we may not provide the Manufacturer’s Warranty. However, we provide our customers with our own warranty. Every item sold through REL Watches comes with the REL Watches Limited Warranty. Within one (1) year from the date of purchase, REL WATCHES will repair or replace the watch if the item proves to be defective under normal use. This warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, misuse, batteries, leather or nylon straps, crystals, or any form of repair or alteration not performed by REL WATCHES.
Do the products you sell have original packaging?
All our products are sold in their original packaging. This includes the original box, tags, and instructions.
Are your products brand new or refurbished?

United States and Canada
Do you charge duties on international orders?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
Delay may happen due to custom inspection and clearance.
Our International Shipping cost does not apply to address DHL considers a REMOTE AREA. If you are located in a Remote Area, please contact us before purchasing. We may have to cancel orders to an address located in a "Remote Area".
How will you ship my order?
We offer FREE shipping to all 50 states. We use USPS or UPS for all shipments within the United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Once payment is received, we process your order for shipment within 1 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE First Class shipping to the entire U.S. Priority Shipping and Express shipping are available for an extra fee. However you have the option of choosing.
Do I have to pay tax?
REL Watches only charges sales tax for Florida State buyers. Rel Watches does not charge any duty or taxes on International orders. These charges are collected by the shipping company.
Is tracking number provided?
Tracking number is provided with all shipping methods. You will be notified of your tracking number via email once your item has been shipped. In case you still haven't received any tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, feel free to contact us.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with tracking details.
How can I track my item?
You may track your item directly at our tracking link, or on the shipping companies website.

It takes at least 1 working day before tracking is uploaded by the shipping company. Please try again within 2 days from date of shipment. Contact us if you need assistance.

Do I need to sign for delivery?
Please choose Express Shipping. If no one is at the address to sign for the item you should receive a call or note with re-delivery or pick-up instructions.

Please make sure that your order was not shipped separately by checking the order details in your confirmation email. If you received an incomplete order, please contact us with your Order Number and we will check it immediately.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Do you charge any other fees?
RelWatches.com does not charge any other fees, you only have to pay for the item's price, watch box and for Express Shipping or FedEx.

A receipt is emailed to you once your order is place. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
RETURNS / WARRANTY
What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase within 30 Days from receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and altered. Please return all items with their original packaging, tags attached, and all manuals and paperwork.
