RETURN POLICY

 

We are happy to accept a return or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You may exchange or return your product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from the shipping date. 

All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached and all packaging materials. These include tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc…

ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITH SIGNS OF WEAR, MODIFICATION, OR MISSING TAGS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES, MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if you receive an item different from the item that was ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment and we will be more than happy to assist you and make the necessary corrections.

All returned or exchanged items must be shipped back with a trackable shipping label. If a return shipping label is provided, please print the label and securely attach it to the shipping box.

How to return or exchange an item:

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number online, please contact us. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee a refund, as all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for ten days.

  1. Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  2. Include the RMA slip and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  3. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packing.
  4. Ship via insured ground service (USPS / UPS / FedEx) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages
